Dues: Dues of $25.00 shall be collected from each Blackdems member each fiscal year and the dues year shall be from August 1 until July 31 of the following year. The dues paid shall be applied to the fiscal year during which they were paid, but members may pay dues during June and July of each year and have those dues apply to the next fiscal year.  Members that have at least one full year of membership shall pay dues at the first regular meeting after the beginning of the fiscal year.
