Our primary mission
is to increase the numbers of contracts for minority
businesses. One of the ways we accomplish that
is through assisting small businesses in obtaining
certification, so that they can bid for contracts.
To assist in that process, if you have questions

Nena Alexander via email. We are happy to assist
in any way possible. In particular we are addressing
the needs identified in the City of Houston Disparity
Report. We are looking for architectural, engineering
